What happens next?
You will shortly receive an email from us, welcoming you to Shepherds Friendly. This will confirm your plan details, your payment details and that your application has been successful. Your tele-interview, if you require one, will be conducted on the date and time you chose in your application, and a confirmation of this will also be included in your welcome email.
Additional Security Checks
To help us set up your Income Protection plan, we are required to carry out several security checks and we may require some additional information. Should we need to get in touch you will receive an email or a text message from our approved partner NIVO detailing instructions on what to do next.
