The directors are responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the corporate and financial information on the Society’s website. Legislation in the United Kingdom governing the preparation and dissemination of financial statements may differ from legislation in other jurisdictions.

 

Solvency and Financial Condition report

The rules of Solvency II, which became effective as of 1st January 2016, requires us to publish an annual Solvency and Financial Condition report (SFCR) at the end of each financial year. We use Solvency II to calculate our capital requirements.
